Quincy Forensics Consulting
The Quincy Forensics service from IT-Defense provides customers with a dual value proposition. First customers who sign up to Quincy have a team of IT Forensics experts at IT-Defense evaluating event logs on their security devices and optionally their critical applications and systems. IT-Defense will analyze events in real-time to detect events and/or transaction behavior anomalies that indicate unauthorized activity within the customer infrastructure.
The second value proposition to the customer is in the area of responding to a disruption of continuity within the customer’s infrastructure. This disruption may be the result of a security event or software error or configuration error. The IT-Defense Forensics experts will analyze the situation, find probable cause, make remedial recommendations and in the case of a criminal investigation, provide expert witness support.
